A CrossFit athlete since 2018, Patrice obtained his Level 1 in 2022.
He is also a Spinning coach and leads various muscle endurance classes, including in the dance community.
It’s important for him to vary training methods, allowing everyone to develop their strength, cardio, muscle endurance, and mobility, all in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
He also emphasizes that everyone who walks through the training studio’s door leaves with the desire to return and train for their health, physical and mental well-being, and for the joy of reconnecting with other members with whom this desire is shared.
Finally, he is attentive to welcoming everyone, convinced that we all have something to learn from others and from differences.
